"Very accessible and super friendly front desk staff. Kenedy park is literally a few minutes walk away and there are so many shipping and dining options around the area. The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. "Very close to Starbucks, Wong Grocery, very good restaurants of wide variety. One block from Javier Prado a major street where one can take a bus, only 8 soles to go to Mall, easy and safe to walk. Walking distance to Country Club hotel but an inexpensive taxi ride if elderly."

"The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. "

"This apartment was wonderful. Our family of 5 stayed here, 2 adults and 3 kids, for 9 days. The view was spectacular! The property is directly in front of many parks, used for walking and exercising. Amongst these parks are also playgrounds for the kids. The only thing is to remember there is no AC in the unit, they do, however, have fans available. "
