"This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English. "

"Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options. "

"This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. "The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor.
