"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. "The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"We had a lovely stay. Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!"
