"A lovely warm greeting from the team as we checked in. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was so quiet. We had the meal deal and the quality and amount for what you pay is excellent! I stayed here for a night with my daughter whilst work was being done on the house and we only live 10 mins away. If we lived further afield then Id definitely use this hotel again. For a low budget hotel, its amazing! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I cant rate it highly enough. "

"One night stay to break up our journey. Setting was lovely in the outskirts of the town surrounded by beautiful countryside. Room was small but clean and comfortable with tea and coffee avaliable. Great restaurant with a good selection of meals. Service was very good. Very surprised at the quality if the breakfast which was excellent and we felt the stay was great value for money."

"An affordable, well-located budget hotel, only a short walk from the train station, the city centre and Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Everything went perfectly for the stay! Breakfast can be found in the pub next door, or there are plenty of other options close by in the city centre. Would definitely use again."

"claimed to be soundproof room. Was not I was woke up to a couple shouting and also speaking at half 4 in the morning couldn’t get back to sleep. Water stopped working in the morning couldn’t flush toilet or brush teeth or have a shower."
