"Hotel is not be but is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, it gets really jammed up outside the hotel at times and in the night, especially weekends and publick holidays, the pubs round the corner can get really crowded and noisy."

"The Face Suites are a reasonable and good accommodation options in KL. There are some positives - excellent housekeeping staff and good location to public transport options. The quality of the food in the general restaurant was very good. Negatives include poorly organised check-in/checkout areas. On arrival was sent from one area to another so checked out where we had been checked in only to be told to go where we had been sent from one check-in.
