The room was much smaller than we are use to, but then we did not spend a lot of time in our room. The room itself was very clean and exceptionally efficient. The bed sat higher off the ground so that luggage would fit underneath. The bed was very firm but superbly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the laundry facilities. There was only a small handful of machines to service 31 floors with potentially hundreds of people at any one time. "
