"While the Radisson Collection Bamako remains the best hotel in the city, it has it's issues. Not their fault, but the ongoing power cuts are a hassle, especially when in an elevator. There was a leak from the ceiling in the restaurant. The carpets are starting to show signs of wear and stains from past guests. The staff do their best and are friendly and helpful though."

"Boutique Hotel ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Staff constantly cleaning. WIFI is EXCELLENT! Food is EXCELLENT. Weekend evenings have a live band and it can be a bit loud if guest needs quiet time. Highly recommended. "

"Nice enough hotel, but the rooms are small and the bed it really high - liked the food, the pool and the gym and the room had a safe and fridge so I bought fruit and milk outside and kept them there. In the end it's a good hotel."

"Le personnel est très gentil et serviable - toujours disponible et prêts à aider. L'emplacement est merveilleux. Les chambres sont un peu délabrées.... l'électricité a besoin d'être refaite à neuf et les chambres repeintes. C'est un endroit très reposant."
