"Quirky, delightful motel in the middle of nowhere but able to provide nearly all modern comforts. Only thing missing was a tv in the room but I didn't miss it. Restaurant was excellent. Beds were very hard. Good hot shower. Having visited Ai Ais, I was very glad we were staying at the Roadhouse."

"A stunning location. Amazing view from a rustic chalet. Highly recommended. Bring your own food if you can. You can cook and even make a bbq at the chalet. We were at The Wall. We loved the yard at with Adirondack chairs at the back of the rock; well protected from the wind by rocks with a great view on the Mount. We highly appreciated the setup of the dining table in the chalet. Bathroom is a bit basic. Remember it’s rustic rather than luxurious."

"The hotel recently caught fire (April 2018) and they are doing a great job rebuilding it. However, the rooms spared in the fire aren’t what we expected and we weren’t provided any notice of the fire or compensation for the lack of facilities.
