"We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative. They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun. The rooms were nice and freshly renovated. Highly recommended for either a summer stay to enjoy the lake activities or a winter stay to hit the nearby slopes. Thanks!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Nagano Station. It is located along the approach to Zenkoji Temple, offering a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The guest room was relatively spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The view from the breakfast restaurant was also lovely, and the food was delicious."
