Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options. The staff are very nice and respectful and respond to messages promptly. "Really like the look and feel of this hotel. Have stayed here before when in Nairobi. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food consistently good. I feel like the food is a bit overpriced but it is definitely good and good portions. The alcoholic beverages are quite reasonable though with the exception of the wine. A glass of wine is very expensive and overpriced. A great experience overall "
