"Check in took a while because my Expedia reservation was not showing on any screen so the manager had to go in the back office with my Expedia confirmation number to locate it, then needed reminding that breakfast was included in my reservation. Otherwise, an excellent stay."

"The room was spotless, the mattress was just the right firmness. And every interaction with the desk staff was super pleasant and helpful. Also, the hot breakfast bar offered three different options the three different days I stayed there - which makes a difference over the course of a longer trip! Another thing that sets this hotel apart - the roaring fire and the fact that when I looked out my window, I saw nothing but trees - right in the middle of downtown Raleigh. So peaceful!"
