We did not get much sleep. Furthermore, the drain in the bathroom overflowed into the living area after my daughter tried to take a shower, and we had to scramble to clean it up with towels. "Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else. "

Gabriel is a incredibly thoughtful host and the apartment is so beautiful, great view, close to amenities and not far to the central town by taxi. Underground parking is extra but worth it and also a cleaning fee is paid for but totally worth it as the property is spotless. "

"5 day stay in Bucharest . Superb little apartment Brand new spotlessly clean . A little out of the center but easy to get a Bolt taxi or bus or metro . We even walked to the center on a great dry day took about 70 mins . Great value for the money Would definately stay again ."
