"Water pressure of the shower head was rather low. Our room was beside the road and we could hear external sound and movement. We had booked a junior suite and parking was included, but this was not conveyed to us. We had parked at a free parking space about 7 minutes away and it was very cold and slippery walking over. Only when we decided to pay and park in the underground garage on the second day that we were informed that complimentary parking was provided with our room type. This could be...

"Excellent place to stay, about 20/30 minute walk to the main area of Reykjavik. Superb staff and extremely friendly. Very easy to access the roads for adventures and an added bonus there’s a cat that lives in the lobby roaming around. 10/10 would recommend and stay again."
