"It was mostly quiet except for a group that had to leave early. Water wasn't always hot. Generator was pretty loud when the power was off. But I felt safe and the room was clean and staff was helpful. "

"At first we didn’t find the property because the indicated location on Expedia, as well as on Google maps showed that it is in the city center. Once we found out that it actually is outside the city center we had to drive up a small mountain which nearly destroyed our rental car as the streets were really bad. "Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. "The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused."
