"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"The administration had very short hours, so it was difficult for me and my wife to get help at the front desk. The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. "It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Stayed in a cabin for 5 nights with our 2 children. Cabins were great value for money and had everything we needed including not having to bring our own bedding or towels! Kids loved the loft bedroom. Cabin kitchen basic but more than enough to cook a decent meal with 2 ring hob and oven plus a few saucepans. Cabin bathroom was really clean with warm shower. Pull out sofa bed by day 5 was feeling a bit lumpy but thats a minor grumble. All spotlessly clean. Having the numerous woodland trails...
