"We saw a little more of Lausanne than we, thanks to some road work and detours. But once we made our way to Hotel Elite, everything was great for a quick visit. The 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage turned into 25 minutes, but it paid off with a comfortable, spacious room in this handsome hotel — with an elevator. "A nice university hotel for visitors to Lausanne, but a bit sterile and the suites lack a dividing wall. Rooms are very upscale, but the dinner menu is rather limited (yet everything I tried was fantastic). Hard spot to reach, and you need some sort of vehicle toget from here to anywhere else."

"Lovely hotel, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my stay. There is no minibar in the room and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast options are very limited. But if these things do not bother you then this is otherwise an excellent place to stay in. "

"Our small family of three stayed here for one night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and let my husband and son hang out after check out while I searched for cough medicine. Location is terrific if you like cities! We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby Eritrean restaurant and walked to L’Hermitage museum the next day. It’s not a luxurious space but that’s not the charm. We loved it and would stay there again. "
