"This is a great hotel in a business district. Limited shopping and restaurants, although there are some good ones in the ares; This hotel has good food at the restaurant and bar; breakfast buffet was great on Sunday but not so on weekdays. In fact, the only complaint we had was for an upscale hotel/facility, the dinning options could be better."

"First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem, On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience. Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic. We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue....

"The convenience of the location is wonderful. Very close to High Street Kensington Tube Station. Shopping close by. Rooms are clean, small but typical for London. "
