"Couldn’t say enough good things about this property. We were originally headed to North Queensland and got diverted because of the floods, a last minute booking and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived at almost midnight, and they left us very handy instructions, and were equally as helpful when we had to check out at 4am a week later. Will definitely be back for the hospitality, beautiful rooms and perfect location "

"Rooms were a bit outdated but quite comfortable and with a lovely view. Ocean view room definitely a major upgrade on the standard 2 bedroom rooms especially while there’s construction beside the hotel on the new Meriton high rise. The pool and facilities were excellent for adults and kids."

"Parking for over night was cost effective. Stay was great, very nice please, rooms and view. Needs Improvement: The shower /bath was dirty, please water blast it, use strong chemicals to clean and do some checklist to ensure its clean and to a standard, please."
