"Great unit close to transport"

"Position of this hotel was really good, check-in fast and easy. Everything was good execpt the condition of cleaness. The room, kitchen and living room was terrible dusty during and before our stay. The housekeeper was terrible because when they came they just made the top part of the bed and nothing else. When we arrived we found the underwear in the balcony, so it’s meaning that probably the housekeeper didn’t made a room before the next host. Hopfully cleaner get improve in future because the...

"The view from our room on the 28th floor was spectacular. Rooms were clean, bed comfy, and facilities all in good working order. Was great to see bathroom products in refillable dispensers. Continental buffet breakfast was generous and view to the gardens pretty The staff went out of their way to provide extra assistance. We will definitely be back. "

"This was a last minute booking and it turned out to be just perfect. We had the executive one bedroom apartment (chosen for washer/dryer) and it could not have been better. Sizeable room, easy to use facilities, good kitchen, comfy fabric couches, good view (not that we needed it), botanical gardens across the road, tram station over the road, super friendly service, clean, sizeable and well equipped bathroom, very good price. Could not fault this place at all - you won't be disappointed."

"I really like the place and I’ve gotta say that even facing out to the front there wasn’t any traffic or noise. The only real problem is the air-conditioner was just so loud and clunking sounding. It’s definitely something that they need to attend to because I had it in both rooms, that I was moved to. It’s a good location. Parking was really easy. And the furnishings were terrific. I’m really hoping they fix this AC issue because it’s a great place and the staff are really terrific. "
