"The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "

"Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly. "

"This is a perfect place to stay in Vienna with the kitchen area a massive bonus. Staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble. Area for tea socialising and rooftop terrace for a view. Would not try anywhere else if I re visit this lovely city. Room was serviced a d plenty of space. Fab! "

"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"Very centrally located, yet on a quiet street. Same block as the police station - so it ought to be safe! Spacious rooms. We were emailing them since our train was running late, and the front desk was quick to respond with restaurant availability etc. "

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot."

"Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "
