"My wife and I liked the idea of renting a small hotel apartment, so we would have more space, the option to eat in, etc. Our unit was comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well thought out. Our only real quibble was that the refrigerator was not working properly, and foods were not kept cool enough. The hotel is convenient to public transportation, and was fairly quiet. An easy walk to Tivoli Gardens, many stores and restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff."

This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. Which I hadn’t gotten as I was on vacation (international) with limited access to my emails. I...

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "
