"Definitely a 4 star stay, I can’t give 5 stars only because of the process to get ready to arrive. I was told I would receive a link for ID verification but never received 24 hours prior, had to call customer service and was told I had been sent it on my Expedia account, but yet booked through hotels.com, was then told it was emailed to me, never received. Eventually had to have them text me the link which to me should’ve been the first contact not through a made up Expedia account. Other than...
