"The host was okay but he came running down to the room as he gave us the wrong room. The walls were cut 2 ft off the top and off the bottom separating the wash basin from the beds. The bedding was stained and the spread didn't look clean at all. The temp control did not work right it was either freezing or nothing. The television remote didn't work right either and when it finally came on you could only receive 3 channels. The good thing was we didn't have neighbors."

"First time there will not be last. 2 hour drive we took country route road was fine. Got there no problems. Inside is great too. 2 night stay in hotel 5 stars, pool hot tub, employees in the whole place, shops, casino, bars, hotel, excellent staff. Dining was great too can't say enough."

"Basic hotel to be sure, but better than most all of the other spots in Marion or Carbondale. Not fancy, but very clean. The staff was great. Special shout out to the kitchen crew. They were super pleasant and attentive. "
