"The hotel room (comfort, size, cleanliness, presentation, overall quality) exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 5 star hotel. The only thing was that the music from the hotel bar/restaurant was noticeably loud even though my hotel room was on a top floor."
