"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

"It is my favourite hotel :) I stayed there several times. Always very welcoming. Staff is great, Very kind people, always patience with they guests. Hotel itself is nice, cons: a bit cold in the rooms and unfortunately they can not increase temperature. I hope it will change as I can not stand cold. "

"The property is a newly furnished apartment with lots of modern amenities in the heart of Paris Chinatown. Staff are friendly and quick to respond. We were a family of 2 adults and one child staying 3 nights in a superior room. We enjoyed our stay"
