"The couch is the room was filthy. Childs handprints were all over it. It needs a good cleaning. We never set on it cause it was so nasty. We were in room 413. If I stay at a Hilton again I will check the room first to be sur its clean. "

"I love this hotel. The night I checked in the front desk gentleman, I believe his name was James, was so super sweet, very accomodating and nice. Cannot say enough good things about him. The next morning breakfast was delayed. Whomever was working the front desk on Sunday morning (was a girl) was kinda rude. She didnt apologize to everyone waiting for breakfast. In fact, she acted like we were bothering her. She said the worker was running late that handles the breakfast. She doesnt need...

"The one elevator is too small for people with baggage (and cleaners), & inadequate for the number of guests. Also, the bug/ roach in our room (captured & left under a glass)was a turnoff . "

"We enjoyed the stay...room was spacious and clean. The shower was nice but accessive leaking from shower into grooming area. Had to put down towels for safety. Also I believe I left a watch/charger in the room.... hasn't been reported either way. But would book again in the near future."

"I enjoyed my stay and everyone is always friendly. The problem is on my last visit my room was cleaned without my permission. So on this trip before we left the room I went to the front desk and requested no one to clean my room. I had already given my dirty towels to housecleaning. Upon returning to my room we noticed a clean bathroom towel/rug missing and the blinds open. They didn't cleaned the room but housecleaning had been in there. I didn't like that it invades a person privacy. I always...
