"The hotel is near the airport and provides shuttle service. The room was very comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve found anywhere. The breakfast met my expectations, and fortunately, the moonlight diner is nearby. The staff was the most outstanding feature of the hotel. They were most helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make my stay safe and comfortable."

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. However only one elevator worked in the West Tower and one of those days that elevator broke down and we had to walk to the 8th floor to get to our room. The front desk did give us a free drink or appetizer ticket for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was a great stay."
