"The hotel is amazing, and what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service and staff. As a vegan family, we were blown away by Gisela, who went above and beyond every morning to ensure we had delicious options to enjoy. This level of care is something we’ve never experienced before. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel should consider including vegan options on the menu as a standard offering. Without Gisela’s incredible efforts, the food options were either unavailable or completely tasteless. Despite this, we loved our stay and were deeply impressed by the hospitality."
