"Receptionist on check in was lovely. Day manager also very friendly. Room was gorgeous & bed/ pillows pretty comfortable. Only downsides were the walls are very thin so we could hear neighbours both sides (tv, talking, coughing etc). Also, very unpleasantly surprised by our dinner experience. Service was shocking & quality of food was average but expensive. Despite this, we would stay here again."
