"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. The only complaint I have is that they were not responsive via email. When I called their number the gentleman answered my questions. When I asked him why they have not responded to my email (carrying the same questions), he said Visionapartment is a very large global asset company. They get thousands of email queries per day. "Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot. "
