"Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward "

"I booked at this property for my family who just got in married in Cotabato, then travelled to see a family in Bukidnon before flying back to New Zealand. However, they were not able to use the accommodation because the cellphone number given is unreachable. Because of time difference, I only got the messages of my family the following day telling me that they were unable to contact the owner. "Nice location! We attended a 2day conference at SMX and this hotel is located right across SMX with a covered footbridge! Very convenient to go back to the hotel for a quick break from the conference. Staff are also friendly and helpful."
