"This property was great for my short trip! Restaurants downstairs below the apartments and other walkable places. Easy access to parking and the apartments. Very communicative staff! Would recommend! "

"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...

"Paying for parking. No in out. Have to pay each time you go in and out. Have to go outside of parking area ( street ) to enter building. Not really safe with your hands full of luggage and entering code to get in door. ( Not the best the area ) "
