"We were looking for an affordable place to stay while up on the North Shore. Since it’s the off season for this ski lodge, nightly rates were very affordable and our room was nice and clean-just what we were looking for!"

"Such an amazing property, feels like home. We bought 10 jugs of maple syrup and woke up to the sunrise and slept like a baby to the sounds of the great Gitch Gami !! Incredible we will book now so we can come back next summer. They said it is often booked 1 year in advance. "

"Lots of dog poop on the grassy side of hotel. Otherwise the hotel itself was nice and clean."

"This was a quiet facility near Lake Superior. We enjoyed having a large room with 3 beds for 6 travelers. We also were able to park 2 trucks pulling boats. The desk clerk went home at 10PM and a person who had reserved a room came in after that. "

"They offer a discount at their sister restaurant. It was still pretty quiet even tho it's right off the highway. "
