"We love this hotel! We come here everytime we go to see family in the area. The staff here is so friendly and this hotel is always very clean. We love all the options they have for breakfast and dinner. The kids love the free popcorn and drinks from 4 to 8. They love that the pool is inside and outside. There are so many dining and shopping options in the area! Great location and great hotel!"

"We loved staying at the General Denver! The building is beautiful with a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly friendly! We unintentionally booked a room too small for three people (the website described the room I booked as a Deluxe so I assumed it had a bed and pull out couch.) when it was determined we were actually in the smallest room in the entire hotel, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra cost. The food at the hotel was also pretty good! In walking distance, there’s a lovely Mexican place with the BEST margaritas I’ve ever had, as well the TinCap Hard Cider - HIGHLY recommend their Mac Daddy pizza. We will definitely be staying here during our next Wilmington visit!"
