"Mantra was beautiful.Clean,tidy,easy access to the city,a big apartment with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be that they need an exhaust fan in the laundry area as the dryer gives off heaps of condensation & heat in the whole apartment. Staff were welcoming & very helpful."

Location was within close walking proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, Elizabeth Quay, theatre, museum, galleries, library and parks. Public transport was at the street. The area along and across the street from the building is lined with historic architecture however the storefronts are partially empty and a jumble of styles which disappointingly presents, as rundown. "Stayed here for a few times in different rooms. But every shower head in different room was leaking, they might need to fix it. Easy parking and close to airport if you need to pick up your family."

"Clean, comfortable, quite and parking onsite. Great location, easy access via ferry to Perth city and to freeways if head out of town. Great local restaurants and cafes as well as a 24 hour supermarket al within walking distance. Recommend and will stay there next time in Perth. "

"I usually stay at Quest Midland for work and am very happy with the hotel. However this time I was disappointed because the hot water was a bit iffy and there was a guest on my floor with a child who was awake and screaming all hours of the night. And I mean, playing in the hallways of the hotel and yelling, slamming doors etc. Bit of a shame really. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here, stayed in a nice cozy cabin that had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. I would say the only fault is the poor reception in the area and the free wifi advertisement, the wifi signal isn't strong enough to reach the cabins."
