"Cute little motel. Most motels are pretty sketchy, but this was a cute little building that my wife and I loved. I took off one star from the clean writing because the first night there was dog hair or something on our comforter on the bed and on the first layer of sheets under that but once we notified them they took care of it immediately."

"John was an excellent host. There was a last minute issue with the property and he called as soon as he knew and gave us a great replacement. He was very responsive and gave us a few extras too! Great vacation rental!!"

"Really lovely place. Our kids (14 & 11) absolutely loved the animals. The alpacas, donkeys, goats and chickens were awesome. Kids got to do feedings of the goats and chickens with Collin and had such fun. Collin and Jenn are great communicators. We stayed in the Bobcat cabin and it was fantastic. Very comfortable and so we’ll done up. We even were given fresh eggs that the kids collected at the morning feeding. I can highly recommend Cobb Cabins."

"This little cottage is conveniently located near downtown Murphy. It is across the street from the river, albeit a small power station exists between the house and the river. The communication was excellent and I was granted an early check-in. The place is nicely renovated, very clean, and very well-appointed. The kitchen has a good selection of equipment and dishes for a place this size. "
