"So first off, the good: the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were very short walks from everything we came to Charleston to do, which was excellent for us . The staff were kind, prompt and very helpful. Valet parking was a nice touch and worth it rather than trying to find parking and worrying about your car in some random garage. "Such a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel and such thoughtful detailed amenities. Details like the water bottles and each floor having a water dispenser, coffee station on every floor and the complimentary drinks. We especially loved the complimentary bikes that we used to ride through Charleston. Would love to come back again"

"We had a great stay. I was excited the hotel was like a tower. The veiws were fantastic. Breakfast was alright. Location was odd being sandwiched between the roads like that. There was no walking from the hotel. We didnt take advantage of the shuttle. We were too hungry and didn't want to wait. So we Uber'd."

"My husband, 1 year old, and I traveled to Charleston to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time and the hotel set the tone for the trip. My first impression of the hotel is how warm and welcoming everyone is. The rooms are clean, the beds were beyond comfortable (the sheets are heavenly!), and the location can’t be beat. "The facility is very nice, as is the staff. The only downside is parking, which is limited at the hotel. The parking garage across the street is available but a bit creepy at night if you are a solo female traveler. I didn't have an issue when I parked there. "
