"Everything was great. The staff was very accommodating. The room door stopped working on my first night, so I was stranded in the lobby for a couple of hours while they fixed it. It was an inconvenience, but nothing anyone could control. However, the staff was so thorough and caring that I have to give them credit for tackling the issue with excellent customer service."
