"Loved the warm welcome drink and hospitality. The grounds are beautiful and our room was over the top with all natural wood and stone decor. Our surname posted on the front door was a nice personalized touch! We loved the balcony hammock and jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and bathroom waterfall! Access to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a huge aviary, exotic wildlife and gorgeous waterfalls. The property is terraced on a hill so lots of stairs."

"Great choice for a one night stay before/after flight! It does feel a bit outdated, but everything still looked nice and clean. I got my hopes up reading about the coffee trail, thinking it was a longer trail, but it is very short. It is definitely still worth experiencing, but keep in mind it only takes about 10minutes to get though. We had dinner out instead of trying to the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. "So let me start by saying I loved the property. It was absolutely beautiful and stunning to wake up every morning to such a beautiful place and view. The staff is general were great. Few things that basically didn’t allow me to give it an excellent rating. 1) really far from anywhere. "We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."

"This place is beautiful! We arrived very late and the hosts were so kind and made sure we had a quick check in and breakfast at our selected time. the directions took us straight there. the property is stunning and it really feels like you are right in the jungle. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place with airport accessibility but does not want to be in the city. we hope to return! "

"It's very out of the way, a little hard to find, but beautiful. Not fancy, clean, rustic. Cute. Great breakfast. Only one restaurant close by, but they told us that the other restaurants deliver. " I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport City Mall for a night before an early flight back to Los Angeles, and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Its location is incredibly convenient—being close to the mall gave me an easy way to pass some time and grab a bite to eat. One of the best perks was the free airport shuttle, which made getting to my flight stress-free. If you have an early departure or a late arrival, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a smooth and comfortable stay!"

"I had stayed at this hotel multiple times now, it’s my hotel of choice when I want to stay close to the airport in San José. The staff is very professional and helpful. The facilities and surroundings are very well maintained. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast was acceptable. The shuttle service from and to the airport is a huge plus. Will keep coming back! "
