"This property is self checkin with no front desk but all instructions are provided the morning of your stay. I stayed in a medium room overlooking a courtyard. It had a handy kitchenette & washing machine. It's really close to the station & the beautiful opera house. It's also close to the Hop On Hop Off bus which is handy if the weather is inclement. "Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located.
