"The property was fine. The room was ok. They did not have a luggage storage facility which caused a large problem for us. I have never had a hotel refuse to store luggage. We were prepared to pay for it and were going to return to the hotel for a further 4 nights on our return from Dublin. We will not be returning to Ibis again. "

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice). "

"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "Booked this hotel as had an early morning flight the next day. Comfy, clean room with a kitchenette. There's a restaurant and bar in the Holiday Inn next, which was very reasonably priced with tasty food. Will definitely stay here again"

"Always my choice of property when staying a night in London Heathrow between flights. Clean and convenient via the free transfer to Terminal 4 on the Heathrow express. Staff is always very nice! Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."
