"I sent the property an email in regard to an upgrade as per my Gold status. Zero response. Upon arrival I was booked into a small room facing a brick wall. This was a three day stay which had been booked for months earlier. The manager did finally upgrade me to a better room."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were perfect with facilities inside, we didn’t use them all but would have been brilliant (cooking, dishwasher, fridge) Clean rooms. Perfect location with so much within a short walking distance! Will definitely stay again!"

"The room was great. Clean. Dining options in the area not so good. Front desk staff were friendly but were not helpful when inquiring about tourist options or directions. Not everyone is tech savvy with apps. Just were told go on this or that app. That made our trip daunting as we were visiting from Qld."

"Stay was amazing! I stayed in a sky apartment on floor 68, and the views were absolutely stunning. The staff at reception were extremely kind, and answered all of my questions. They gave me great recommendations on what to see, what to do, where to eat. My only qualm about staying so high up is the elevator takes a while, but that is to be expected when staying right at the top."

"This is an interesting hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. It had an excellent kitchen and was very well lit. However, the light switches weren't near the bed. In order to plug in my computer, I had to move a table and chairs. The jazz club in the basement: Bird's Basement made up for any other issues."
