"Whilst not a 5 star hotel (as it’s advertised) this property is incredible and very good value for the price. The beach outside is the best we’ve ever seen and the room design is perfect for families. We absolutely loved our stay here although the food/drinks are at a 3-star level. Just eat outside the hotel- amazing restaurants on the beach!"

"I really enjoyed our stay at the river lodge even though it was only for one night. It was very clean and each room was its own little bungalow in the jungle. We had glass sliding doors that overlooked the river. They provided plenty of water and the breakfast was good. They helping with booking of tours. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend."

"NOT AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL! it's a very family oriented hotel with one small adult only bit at the back. You still have to deal with screaming children and absent-minded parents at the breakfast buffet everyday. Don’t say it’s adults only. It's really big so you have to get around on a golf cart. "No question, the rooms are big and comfortable. The atmosphere is very sterile, more like a communist grand hotel than a tropical resort. Friendly waiters but terrible food (Thai food has little in common with real Thai food, Western food little with real Western food; and don't expect any fresh ingredients or fresh fish there!), large selection at the breakfast buffet but all bad quality (even the "fresh" fruit tastes of refrigerator).
