"A very nice hotel at a very fair price. We did make an error in not checking the location. It is about 30 minutes out of central Kurashiki. This required a local train which runs every 30 mins or so. There were some restaurants close by and we both enjoyed the Onsen baths. So swings and roundabouts but enjoyed our stay."

"The property is right next to the JR station, where we can easily walk to the historic site and the long shopping arcade. The property is roomy and has a small dinning table for eating or drinking. The staff were quite friendly and the check in process was simple. "
