"Hotel was nice and near plenty of shopping and restaurants. We loved the visit to their private island (Flamingo and Iguana Islands). Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The pools on the property were nice, but not too much seating around, so those filled up quickly. The actual hotel room did not feel like cleanest, and of the 5 night stay, they only came to clean our room once (the day before we left).
