"Facility was a little dated and shabby around the edges. Light came through worn spots in the curtains. Bathroom sink had a crack through the middle of it. Entrances to the hotel showed holes above the door where the branding had been changed. Seemed like the property had former glory days. I liked the glass elevator rising through the lobby to provide an outside view."

"The staff was outstanding ( front desk, dining service and cleaning staff). They were all very helpful, professional and pleasant. Big kudos to them. I would recommend to pesticide the property. I found few roaches in my room. I believe that if you eliminate the insects, this place will be not good but excellent. Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Funky little boutique hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff and great decor. Just lovely overall. The Ash Bar was great. The service at Blooms was a little slow but the atmosphere was great. "
