"Several times during my stay of 6 nights, there was nobody at the front desk. To their credit there was a phone number to call for problems that could be helped remotely. Unfortunately, I needed quarters for the laundry. Do they expect me to run across two parking lots and a busy street to beg for quarters at the gas station? Why don't the machines accept credit cards, like a modern hotel? Why isn't there a change machine. If you can't find qualified help, OFFER A BETTER WAGE. Perhaps...
