"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

"Was reasonably close to the station that you could walk to it. Beds were good. Reasonable cost for the area. Clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again. It was nice to get to the ferry and temple early in the morning before all the tours from Hiroshima showed up. It is a bit noisy being close to the train lines. "Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We were 7 travellers including one 13 year old. Place was clean. Shower was good. AC was super. Fully stocked kitchen if you actually wanted to cook but we took advantage of the nearby restaurants. It was low season during our stay so not many restaurants open in the evening. No issues during daytime as more shops and restaurants opened to cater to tourists visiting the island as day-trip. Location is right in front of ferry terminal which was very convenient....

"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "For anyone that values a kitchenette while traveling, this place is great. However, I would caution that it is not for everyone. I am reasonably fit, but carrying my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, in a narrow, winding staircase was a bit of a challenge. The place is older and could do with a refresh, but clean and well maintained. It is a stones throw from the Hiroshima tram system (Honkawacho station). Also very close to Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park. A proper grocery store is...
