"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

"The unit is large, with plenty of space. Note that this is effectively a managed apartment, and not a hotel, so some basic features are lacking, even though they are listed on the unit information: 1. There is no luggage storage. The property management team will simply tell you to use a luggage storage service 2. There's an in-unit washing machine, but no dryer, and no laundry room for the building. They have a drying rack you can use, though, and they had some Tide pods...
