"Great"

"So far as the hotel is concerned I do not have a single complaint about. The rooms and public areas were clean and well tended, the gardens are a delight. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and bent over backwards to provide excellent service. A special shout out to Romel in Yades - though there were many others whose names I did not get; he served us every breakfast and lunch. We also had massages in the Spa which were excellent. The only area of concern was in respect of the beauty salon, we were offered and accepted on my part 2 x facials and 2 x manicure my partner also had a 2 x pedicure. He was reasonably happy with his pedicure, but the manicure and facial fell well short of what I would expect. Facial - no cleanse at start just 3 consecutive masks; each wiped off which a damp sponge not properly cleansed and lastly a lick of moisturiser whole time 23 minutes- usual time one hour, Manicure no finger soak no hand massage, poor filing of the nails used a sawing motions when it should be one way rough and hurried treatment of cuticle, but worst of all the clippers etc were not sterilised between customers. Total time 17 minutes usual time one hour. As the deal included two I went back to see if that had been a bad day - but know just even quicker and new clear nail polish was applied over old instead of removing it. I doubt any of the staff are professionally trained."

It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. We looked forward to running into you each time! In summary, this resort is one we will always remember and will undoubtedly return to in the future."

"We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. "
